Zapier + MemorySync

Overview

The MemorySync Zapier app gives every Zap a long-term memory. Three creates (Add Memory; Add Conversation Turn, which sends one turn with its role: the durable facts in a user turn are stored as memories, an assistant turn is accepted but not stored, and a retried Zap is recognised and not extracted twice; Delete Memories, which accepts memory IDs only), three searches (semantic Search, newest-first Find, and Recall Context — one prompt-ready block to paste into a ChatGPT or Claude step), and the category’s first trigger: New Memory fires when a memory is stored for an end user from any surface — your app, an agent, a voice call, or another Zap — and once per fact extracted from a conversation turn. Every operation is scoped by End User ID. Error handling matches how Zapier actually behaves: a monthly-quota 429 raises a clear “upgrade the plan” error instead of letting Zapier retry a task that can never succeed, and free-tier silent quota never fails the Zap: Add Memory reports stored: false and Add Conversation Turn reports status skipped. No competitor has a public Zapier listing: Mem0’s app is invite-only with no triggers, Zep and Supermemory have none.
