Zapier + MemorySync

Overview

The MemorySync Zapier app gives every Zap a long-term memory. Three creates (Add Memory, Add Conversation Turn with duplicate-proof idempotency seeds, Delete Memories), three searches (semantic Search, newest-first Find, and Recall Context — one prompt-ready block to paste into a ChatGPT or Claude step), and the category’s first trigger: New Memory fires when a memory is stored for an end user from any surface — your app, an agent, a voice call, or another Zap. Every operation is scoped by End User ID. Error handling matches how Zapier actually behaves: a monthly-quota 429 raises a clear “upgrade the plan” error instead of letting Zapier retry a task that can never succeed, and free-tier silent quota reports stored: false rather than failing the Zap. No competitor has a public Zapier listing: Mem0’s app is invite-only with no triggers, Zep and Supermemory have none.
