MemorySync
Our Story

Building the memory layer for AI

MemorySync provides the APIs, SDKs, and governance tools that enable AI systems to store, recall, and orchestrate context at scale.

"We believe that AI applications deserve the same level of infrastructure maturity that production databases, authentication systems, and observability platforms provide."

Our Mission

To make durable, governed AI memory as fundamental to AI applications as databases are to web applications. Every AI system that interacts with users should have access to reliable, secure, and performant memory infrastructure out of the box.

Our Core Principles

Infrastructure-grade reliability

Memory is on the critical path for AI applications. We design for observable, recoverable operation and publish measured reliability only when production evidence supports it.

Security by default

Enterprise security isn't an add-on. Tenant isolation, comprehensive audit logging, API key hashing, and compliance controls are built directly into the core platform architecture.

Developer experience first

We build for engineers. That means clean and predictable APIs, fully-typed SDKs, comprehensive documentation, and onboarding flows that get you to production on day one.

Transparent pricing

Plan prices and included request limits are published with an effective date. Contract-specific storage, retention, overage, and support terms are confirmed before purchase.

Official MemorySync sources

MemorySync is the product and organization name used by this website. The official developer packages are memorysync for Python and memorysync-sdk for JavaScript/TypeScript. Mem0, MemGPT, Zep, and Supermemory are separate organizations and products.
