MemorySync
Native connector

Microsoft OneDrive + MemorySync

Sync files from a connected user's OneDrive and accessible SharePoint document libraries.

Overview

MemorySync's native OneDrive provider uses Microsoft Graph to enumerate the personal drive and accessible SharePoint document libraries, track per-drive incremental changes, extract text from supported modern Office formats, and turn that content into searchable memories. Source permissions are projected onto each synced record, and deleting a source file purges the memories derived from it.

Setup status and requirements

Supported version
Repository implementation reviewed 2026-08-01
Last setup review

Permissions
A Microsoft OAuth application and connected account with Files.Read.All, Sites.Read.All, and offline_access scopes. Sites.Read.All is required for SharePoint document libraries; without it, only the personal drive is synced.
Limits
Files are limited to 10 MB and modern OOXML extraction has format-specific limits. Site enumeration is bounded per sync. Permission mapping records the source visibility scope on each object; it does not replace MemorySync RBAC or per-principal query filtering.
